Michele Elkie, Office Manager
Michele Elkie is a graduate of York University, Ontario, Canada, where she received her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Education. Prior to joining Fountain Hills Law Firm in 2009, she was a school teacher for nine years and taught grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. With her creative abilities and high standards for quality, Mrs. Elkie manages Fountain Hills Law Firm, ensuring a warm and welcome environment. She oversees its daily operations, accounting, billing, and client management.
Marites Rodwell, Legal Assistant
Marites Q. Rodwell is a graduate of St. Scholastica’s College, Manila where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. Prior to joining Fountain Hills Law Firm in 2017, she worked for years in her family business in the areas of administration and sales. Mrs. Rodwell has also worked for several retail companies in the Boston area. Mrs. Rodwell is responsible for greeting clients, handling front office reception and telephone duties, and also supporting the firm in a variety of administrative office duties. Mrs. Rodwell’s personal interests include spending time with family and friends, and pursuing fitness activities.

Emilie Elkie, Greeter/Office Assistant
Emilie Elkie is an Arizona native and has lived here her entire life. Ms. Elkie is the firm’s toughest negotiator, who is steadfast in pursuing and achieving her personal goals and desires. Her passion for her work is second only to whatever else may pique her interest and attention at the moment. She is the pride and joy of Tait and Michele, and can often be seen visiting the firm and chatting up clients.
