Attorney Tait D. Elkie participated in the Fountain Hills Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 28th as a member of the American Legion Post #58 Color Guard. Mr. Elkie and his fellow Color Guard members were tasked with posting and retrieving the colors for the solemn event. The keynote speaker for the event was Susan Kee, a Korean American and Korean War veterans advocate. Ms. Kee spoke of the gratitude that she and many other South Koreans feel towards America, and specifically the veterans that sacrificed everything to ensure the freedom of South Korea.
